What is the method of payment?
We’ve partnered with PayPal so you can make secure, convenient and reliable payments via credit card or your PayPal account. Whenever you want to buy something, click Add to Cart and your Cart will appear. Once you’ve racked up all the products you want to buy, click Proceed to Checkout to pay. From there, we’ll walk you through the entire payment process.
I don’t have a PayPal account! Can I still pay via credit card?
Of course! A PayPal account is not required to pay with your credit card. You'll still be redirected to PayPal though, but will just be using their system as a guest.
What if I want to cancel my order?
Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel orders once they have been completely checked out (this also means that invoices are also final and cannot be edited anymore).
I want to edit the items in my order! Can I do this?
We also cannot edit items once the order has been placed. As much as we want your item package to be 110% picture perfect, we also want to prevent delays or mix-ups in the preparation of your order! We hope you can double-check your items before proceeding to Checkout, so that you have the most worry-free shopping experience with us. This policy also applies to items that were accidentally ordered, multiple orders of one item, and requests to combine orders.


What if I forgot my password?
  • Not a problem. In the Log In window, just click on Get help (Hint: It’s at bottom).
  • Follow the on-screen instructions to reset your password.

Can I have more than one account?
  • Holding multiple accounts can cause confusion and overlapping of orders in the future, and we don't want you to have to go through any trouble at all. To keep it this way, we only allow (1) account per customer.
  • Should it come to our attention that a customer is in possession of multiple accounts, we reserve the right to cancel orders made with those accounts. Refunds for these orders are subject to the discretion of our discerning Customer Service Team. That’s why it’s important to check if you may have accidentally registered more than (1) email address.
Help! I have more than one account.
This can be corrected easily. Email Us so we can shut one of these accounts down for you. Just let us know which.
