Below is Anime Hauz N’ Stuff’s return policy. If you want to return item/s to us, please read and follow the instructions listed. You can also contact or email us and one of our representatives will be glad to help you. It is crucial to understand our return policy and make certain the criteria are met before physically sending item/s back to us.
Returns, refunds, and exchanges are subject to the following conditions:
- Products valid for returns, refunds, or exchanges are only those received with defect or damage.
- Returns/refunds due to change of mind will not be accepted. While we understand that you might have changed your mind, we won’t be able to take these items back due to personal hygiene standards and merchant limitations.
- Sale items are also non-refundable and non-returnable.
- Products that are defective can be refunded, returned, or exchanged within only 7 days upon receipt of your order. Outside this timeline, the product could have already been exposed to factors beyond our control which could have contributed to the damage/defect.
- Products should be in its original purchase condition and must be unused.
- Defective items that are part of a set must be returned as a whole set.
If you have received a damage item, we hope you can send us an email at animehauz@gmail.com within 7 days upon receipt of the item. Please attach photos of the said item and a describe in details the issue/trouble you are experiencing with it. We would be more than happy to assist you.
This will rarely happen but in any event that you have received the wrong item or package, we hope you can send us a note at animehauz@gmail.com and we would love to get your right purchase to your doorstep immediately.
There will be no return or refund on video games.
